Meeting & Study Rooms
Planning a meeting or need a study room? We can accommodate groups large and small at most Library locations.

The Washington Branch has:
  • Two study rooms.
  • Two meeting rooms.
    • Room A can accommodate up to 97 people with rows of chairs or 45 people with tables and chairs.
    • Room B can accommodate up to 87 people with rows of chairs or 41 people with tables and chairs.
Meeting room A amenities include:
  • Tables/Chairs (11 5' tables and 9 6' tables)
  • Sink
  • Fridge
  • Microwave
  • Coffee Pot/Coffee Maker
  • Whiteboard
  • Chalkboard
  • Overhead*
  • Projector*
  • Projection Screen
  • Laptop**
  • TV*
  • Podium
  • PA System*
  • Wireless Microphone*
  • Computer Speakers*
  • Meeting room B amenities include:

    The meeting rooms can be reserved by completing the Meeting Room Application and returning it to the Washington Branch. Both rooms are wheelchair-accessible. Branch staff can help you determine whether the rooms can comfortably accommodate your group.

    The Washington Branch has two study rooms that provide space for tutoring and other uses. Use of these rooms is free. The study rooms are scheduled on a first come, first served basis and cannot be reserved. Call the branch at 402.444.4849 for more information.
